I guess taking a week off isn't too bad considering I have been actively working out pretty much every day since probably October. Luckily I have still be monitoring my diet (except for me Chipotle today) so no weight gain this week...


I've seen a recommendation by other runners to take a week off of running every 3 or 4 months. You will be surprised at how you performance improves after that week off (so long as you stay away from Chipotle!)
