It's happened already. I've fallen off of my diet. It all started when my boyfriend decided to take me out to dinner. What I got wasn't awful, but ever since then I haven't been counting my calories or what I've been eating.
Last time this happened, I got so discouraged that I just gave up. But not this time. I know I got off track, but I can get back on. I can do this.

It's great that you've realized that. Sometimes we do give up when we cheat, as if giving up will fix our problem. It's so funny, we cheat and then we gain weight and then BECAUSE we're gaining weight, we give up. And by giving up we gain even more weight, weight that we're going to want to lose all over again next month.

You've done amazing so far and can do so much! You've already lost 15 pds and that is fantastic! I get off track too and I was thinking....it may be helpful for us who get discourage or off track to write a note to ourself..
You've lost 15 pounds so maybe write a note to yourself reminding yourself you dont' want to 15 pds back and why. next time you lose you can repeat so when you wander a lil, read the note! I haven't tried it yet but of course I haven't lost either :/

Good job! Thats the attitude i'm trying to have. I sooooooo feel off this week. Just got a little down finding out i'm losing my job but i'm trying to think positive! I have a goal and i can't give up!!! Keep up that positive attitude girly!! You can do it!!!
