Okay, this first pic is to show only a 7 pound loss, but a 5% loss in body weight. This means I put on muscle but lost fat-fat. HUGE difference! And, it goes to show that if you're working out and don't see HUGE losses on the scale, it doesn't mean you aren't still losing weight! That's one reason why I recommend also doing your BF%. My old personal trainer had a nifty machine that measured it.

This next one, I think, is incredible with the difference in ONLY 3 pounds! I was working out heavily with Kettlebells (I've started back up with them) and it's amazing the difference something like that can make in your body shape! I'm thinking about hanging this pic up somewhere to motivate me with the KB's! haha!
