The FIRM TransFIRMation Rotation Calendar

  • Today I am starting this rotation. I did it last year and it REALLY works. I saw a HUGE difference at the end of the rotation. I will also be walking about 10 miles each week.

    I took my before pic so that I can compare the difference this time too.

    Day 2 - Cardio Party DONE +1 Hr of yard work DONE
    Day 3 - Rest (Walked 3.5 miles)
    Day 4 - Hi Def Sculpt Express DONE + Walked 3.0 miles
    Day 5 - Cardio Party - DONE
    Day 6 - Rest
    Day 7 - Hard Core Fusion Express
    Day 8 - Hi Def Sculpt
    Day 9 - Cardio Party
    Day 10 - Rest
    Day 11 - Hi Def Sculpt Express
    Day 12 - Cardio Overdrive Express
    Day 13 - Hard Core Fusion
    Day 14 - Rest
