Lo Carb Challenge 9/9

  • Lurkers are probably wondering why she keeps doing this, But it has helped in teh past.

    Last week was bad, off my routine.
    This week
    Goals
    Work out 4 times
    OP food wise and water water water!

  • MOnday was a great day!
    45 mins w/o

    b- 2 egg whites
    l- salad w/ turkey, apple, lite ceasar dressing
    d- 2 hamburg patties w/ cheese pickes
    vegs w/ cheese sause
    s- sugar free jello w/ lite cool whip
    3 quarts of water

    I craved and passed up my coffee w/ capp powder! Major hurdle!

    W/o for 50 mins
    b-nonfat yougurt and kashi go lean
    l salad w/turkey and chesse
    d turkey and vegs
    s sf jello and lite cool whip
    3 quarts water
    can't seem to get that 4th quart in for some reason.
    deffinatelt carrying less fluid around
    and my pants weren't so tight around the waist

    Weds was a good day. I had intended to walk at lunch but work prevailed. But
    b- was 2 eggs w// cheese baked
    l- turkey salad lettuce and tomato on a whole grain bun
    apple
    d 2 slices of roast beef
    s- the usual
    4! quarts of water

    AND drum roll please.....

    the scale read 236# I am so thrilled!
    Again it is so simple. I am eating lo carb which is what my body likes and working out and the result is I feel better and have more energy, my clothes fit better, why would I eat anything else? I guess if I figured that out I would be a size 6 and write a book!

    b- yogurt w/ go lean kashi
    l-sliced roast beek w/ sliced tomatoes
    d- 6 chicken wings, cheese and pepporoni
    s-the usual
    Only 3 quarts of water
    I definately need some salad today!
    I am going to work out after here so I have met my w/o goals for this week!
