  • Very busy day trying to get this place in order. I'm so tired and it is just 8 PM.

    tofu stir fry with parmesan cheese 4

    hummus on rice cake 2

    Exercise:
    weight training
    kickboxing

    It is so hard getting down to just 23 points, especially having 5-6 meals a day, but I came close today.
