Houston, we have a problem

  • Ok, sooooo I was losing like a pound a day for like 7 days, and then Easter came along. I ate a lot on Saturday and Sunday, but I continued to work out everyday. I have been back on track, and the weight just isn't coming back down again. Why is that?!!!! I'm getting frustrated
  • it could be that your body is just getting itself re-sorted out extra sodium from the days you were off track etc ... keep at it sometimes it happens to me that i dont loose ANYTHING for days and then all of a sudden i get like a 2.5 pound diffrence from one morning to the next .....
