Went out last night ...

  • Out to dinner and then bowling after.
    We went to Bd's Mongolion grill. AWESOME if you haven't been there/heard of it. It can be a healthy meal too! I love this place. http://www.gomongo.com/experience/create-a-bowl.php You can go to their website and see how many calories are in your meal ahead of time!

    I had a few bites of desert and a drink at dinner.
    Then we went bowling and had 3 small drinks (NOT worth it).

    I was going to avoid the scale today but I got on any way ... because I was just too curious .
    And I'm still down! 217 this morning! Yay!
  • I always find after I go out and drink alcohol I'm down the day after because of dehydration... but then the next couple of days I gain.

    Just a heads up in case it happens.
  • Well I hope not. I tried to drink more water than alcohol.
    I figured I would be bloated and icky feeling but not so much.
    We'll see I guess.

  • Going out is always my downfall! I just moved to the UK and because going out for the majority of young twentysomethings (especially here!) generally involves alcohol. I find I either have the option of going out with the few "friends" I have or sitting at home alone. I said friends like that because I havent really been here long enough.

    It's hard to be the only one without a drink in your hand.
