If so what do you think? I use it quite often, and it hits the spot when I'm craving noodles, or sauce but don't know what to put it on. Granted it's not the same exact texture as pasta, but I'll take it!

I have a bag in the fridge right now, think I'm going to make that for lunch and top it off with some alfredo sauce and some veggies

if you do a search of the forum, there are at least 3 or 4 threads I can think of re: shirataki noodles (I personally don't care for them).

You can use in stir frys and in place of pasta but sopping up sauce is exactly their job
