Ladies and Gentlemen a while back someone posted a good estimate on how much protein, how much carb, how much vegetable, etc. Please give me that information. I going to see my doctor and want to discuss my progress and a realistic goal for me. The information on this forum is phenomenal!
It has helped me so much with my goals, still plucking away on 2lbs but I will enter into stabilization next week. Yay!!
