So I woke up with all the right intentions and then...

I went to a fast food place and ordered TWO sausage egg mcmuffins with cheese and an XL coke... not even diet, but regular coke and ate it in the parking lot. After I consumed that, I went back through the drive-thru and ordered two hash browns and a mocha coffee with cream.

Then I came home and fell asleep on the sofa for 30 minutes. When I woke up, I was sweaty and had awful stomach pains. I was also SO tired.

So I made a pot of coffee and filled my super sized cup and added 6 spoons of sugar. All of my intentions of eating healthy were out the door. About an hour later I was STARVING and was craving a deep dish pizza with pepperoni and bacon. Luckily I had a frozen one in the freezer.

Can you believe I ate THE WHOLE THING???

It's not even 11am!

and after typing ALL of this, all I have to say is...
