To keep track, just add your minutes to the existing group’s minutes. To help everyone keep things straight, please note the OLD minutes and the number of NEW minutes you are adding, such as

I am sore, broken in places and I hammered one pointer finger (a portion of the end was hammered off...) and I have hammered so much on the other hand that my fingers have no skin left, ahhh man I am SOOO glad this is almost over.
Too bad I am not losing much week doing this crap- go figure.

Yikes, I kicked my own butt on the treadmill tonight - went 3.3 miles. Heart rate monitor said I burned 594 calories. Yah, baby!!
