I called my grandma and asked her if we could add a salad to the menu because I'm trying to watch what I eat. I also offered to make a dessert, knowing that anything she makes will probably be over my daily calorie allowance! LOL
Now I need to come up with a delicious but low-calorie dessert. I don't really want to do something with fresh fruit, because there will be 10 of us for dinner and fruit is still expensive in NY because it is out of season. Any suggestions?
