I just got a shipment in of FiberGourmet Lite Cheeze Snacks. OMG. Y'all need to buy some. They taste just like Cheez-its, but have only 80 calories and 12(!!) grams of fiber. Only one point per bag and they really fill you up. They have a website (which I will not link to on here, but I am sure you can find it), and they also sell on Amazon. Check it out!

Oh wow... I had never heard of them and in the middle of placing an order for a small sampler box.

I had thought that the hodgson's mill pasta products were the best fiber/cal/fat/ingredients wise...but if these taste good that would be really good !
