After about 20 days at the same weight, I caved in and decided to try something different -- and have now gotten well into my 140s, but I am sad to say that for me, this did not include carb counting. I am now doing something else. I will still peek in to see how it is going for everyone and have deeply enjoyed the mutual support of this forum.
