New to the forum

  • Hi everyone I'm new here. I've lost 6 pounds so far and I'm trying to lose about 31 more.

    My plan for losing weight is really simple - I just want to eat healthier and exercise more. But obviously it's easier said than done, so I joined this site to look for some support and tips, also some inspiration
