I am doing Atkins.... Although bacon, ham and sausage all state they either are cured with sugar or contain sugar, label states 0 carbs. Does this matter? If so, does anyone know of any bacon brand without sugar? I live in the Midwest, Kansas City
The great thing about Atkins is it's okay to eat a lot of fat on induction. I don't know where the carbs go when they cure the meat, but I always go with what the label says. Hope some other smart chicks can help you out with this!
