Everyone Weigh in 03/26/10

    Me: 195.5, up 3 pounds from last week. Ugh! Been craving salty food like crazy all week. I've just felt like I've had zero self control. I know that I'll kick this, but so disapointed that sometimes it is so hard. I need a willpower patch sometimes.
  • Tealeaf, i feel you. I woke up this morning feeling like I needed to eat something from every restaurant and trying to make excuses so that it would be "okay" if i did. this happens every weekend! But I just ate a little, sweet breakfast that was good on calories.. so I'm trying. desperately trying. stay strong, we can do this!


    184.2 this morning, same as yesterday. last friday i was 185.2, so at least it's going down!
  • 213.8 this morning, down from yesterday's 214.4 but up from this weekend's 213.0.
    I think I'm eating too much sodium, as I have a new love-affair with brown rice, veggies and soy sauce; i've been on-plan every day this week, so this is my logical conclusion for the upward trend.

  • 169, down 3 lbs since starting South Beach on Monday! I'm so glad to see results, because it's been HARD.
