Hiya all! I'm still around - been really busy the last few weeks. Just got back from vacation and things are starting to settle down a bit. Was on a cruise last week and didn't track any of my food and was guilt-free as I enjoyed more than a couple drinks. I used the stairs a LOT, made healthy food choices for the most part, and did use the gym two of our five days. I wasn't completely off program, but I was a little more relaxed than normal...
I'm working at getting back OP completely. I walked / jogged last night. I'm getting to where I can jog further and further, and probably did close to half of my 3 miles last night in a jog. As a lifetime asthmatic, I'm pretty proud of that. I had tried C25K at one point and it was too accelerated for me. I'm taking it a lot slower, but keeping at it, and it's nice to see progress in that area...
I also had a Dr's appt today. I was VERY pleased with my blood pressure. My average for as long as I can remember is in the high range of 130/90 - not sure how I've not been put on meds before, but today it was 124/78. Thats an NSV for me, and I'll admit I left the Dr's office pretty jazzed about that.
