I'm considering it as I would like to see those wonderful 5-10 pounds in the first week; and up to 20 pounds the first month. I know that's huge. My question is the cost, if you know? I notice there was a $50 off initial consultation; which is why I figure it will get costly. If you have tried it, were you successful? Tell me. Tell me. Tell me.
One of my friends did it. I think she said it was $125/month, or something insanely expensive like that. I couldn't fathom paying that much. She did lose 55 lbs fast (4 months), but she was also only allowed 500 calories a day. It just all seems too extreme to me. I'm sticking with my slow and sustainable plan.
If you're talking about Medifast, you don't have to go to centers to join. You can order the food online and they have a great support system online: mymedifast.com It's about $300 a month for the food, but you do NOT have to pay those outrageous "membership" fees.
No. It's not Medifast. It's Medi-weight loss clinics. I can't believe it consists of approx. 500 calories. However, I can now see why the results are so quick. I'm guessing it includes the diet pills since it's physician supervised. I thought it might be too good to be true. Thanks for the responses.
