Does anyone have suggestions on where I can read up or watch videos to help me with basic weight training?
I know how important it is, and I'm not afraid of the scale not moving as quickly because of it. I just honestly have no idea where to begin/what exercises to do. I can probably get my hands on some 5lb weights, or something like that.
Right now I power walk 5-6 times a week for 40-60 minutes, and I also play in a softball league. I'm not doing any weight training at all.
Any help would be much appreciated. I tried the search function but didn't really find what I was looking for. If I missed an obvious post/sticky, I apologize. Thanks!
