Too much of a good thing! (rant D:)

  • Hey guys~
    So I just feel like I need to rant:/ Today is normally food shopping day, but as I had to go check out a university, it had to wait until tomorrow~
    However, as a result, there was no fresh veggies, fruit, tins of weightwatchers soup, or low cal jelly pots left in the house! None of the stuff I normally eat...except for Muller lights (Low fat yoghurts)
    I've had FOUR today, four! simply because there's been nothing else to eat in their place ( like fresh food) and even though I haven't exceed 1200 calories, I feel like I've binged on horrible food even though...I mean, it could have been worse? They're yogurts...
    BUT FOUR!
    This rant doesnt have a point:/ I just feel really unhealthy, even though I don't know if I should:/
    Sorry lol, I'll be back tomorrow once I have some nice veggies in the kitchen!
  • Awww.. I feel for you. In the grand scheme of things you could have done much worse though. What if you had binged and eaten lots of calories, fried foods, and junk! Just think of all the good bacteria you got today.

    Btw, do you mean jelly like jello or something else? I'm intrigued.
  • Yogurt isn't bad, you could have really let loose! I think you deserve a pat on the back girl!
  • Renn :/ Yeah you're right! It probably could have been alot worse in retrospect :/ Jelly is the same as Jello I think I <3 it, low calorie and delicious <3333

    Andrea Ahh thank you I feel alot better now anyway! In the future I just have to make sure that I don't go back there again!
