Hi i live in SC and am trying to get started again. Doing ok but would like to try the Take off, but I am unsure of what to substitute it for because it is too expensive to buy from LA to your Door. Any suggestions.

You can use cantaloupe or oranges. If you use cantaloupe you will use 1/4 of a small cantaloupe in place of every serving of take off (this has changed, as it use to be 1/8) OR you can use 1/2 an orange for every serving of take off. Some people can get by with using a whole orange if they are small, but I use to buy the larger ones because I thought they were tastier.
