My first NSV!

  • I took my measurements last week, and then again today, and here is what happened:

    Week 2
    Bicep - 14.5
    Stomach - 44.5
    Waist - 40.75
    Hips - 54.5
    Thigh - 26.5
    Calf - 18.5
    Ankle - 10.25

    Week 3
    Bicep - 14.75
    Stomach - 42.8
    Waist - 37.75
    Hips - 52.75
    Thigh - 26
    Calf - 17.25
    Ankle - 10

  • Congratulations! That is amazing progress in such a short time! One suggestion...and you may already be doing this....my trainer told me that if you take your measurements pre-exercise, you should always take them pre-exercise. Likewise, if you take them post-exercise, you should always take them post-exercise, as the muscles get a little bigger after use, especially after strength training due to increased blood flow/fluid retention.
