So I was just wondering which workout do you use and what are the results? I am on P90X but I want to try Cha-lean. I want to lose more weight and lift my butt and make my waist smaller. I am apple shaped. Where are you on the program and what are you anticipating as far as results?
I cant say much for P90X but I'm in the 3rd week of Cha-Lean and I'm LOVING it. I can really tell I have toned up since starting it. My rear does feel alot more firmer and my arms are firmer and Im just stronger in general. The only problem I have right now is that my weights only go to 12.5lbs and she really recommends higher but im making them work. It has kick started my weight loss again and I have been loosing about pound a week. Hope that helps
Sorry Ive been MIA for a couple of days and didnt see this. I have been doing Chalean extreme since Nov. restarted 1st of March. I cant say enough about it. I have p90x and did one video(today). I dont like his energy and he isnt as motivating to me as Chalene. I really like how it geared towards lifting heavy weights and the cardio videos are great. I lost 12lbs my first time around a lot of inches. Already down two almost three with this first month of restarting. I cant say enough about it. Ive turned some of my friends and sister on it
