
This forum has actually been really helpful for me, because it's helped me realize that, yes, I do sometimes have an unhealthy relationship with food, and now I can work on changing it. It also makes me feel like I'm not alone, and helps me with keeping a binge-free day count.
But this label of "binger" ... and the more I read about others binging .. I feel like it makes me more likely to binge! Does anyone else experience this?
