I'm new and need the motivation!!!

  • Hi everyone,

    I am new to this site, and hope to get all the motivation that i need. Well a little about me. I am a college senior about to graduate in may. This summer i am going to europe. I hope to shed a few pounds before i go! I have lost about 35 lbs so far, but that was awhile ago. I want to go at again, but this time with full force. So i am getting on this site to help me! Currently i weigh 255 and want to lose enough to get me down to 175. But i hope with the encouragement and support i can meet my goal!!
  • You can do it! You say "full force" in your post. I used to think full force was doing something extreme for a huge loss in a little time. This time I'm doing it right. 1 or 2 pounds a week. yeah, it's slow. but I KNOW I can keep this up. Have you thought about which healthy plan you'll choose? I hope you go full force on a great, reasonable plan.
    PS: So jealous of your summer in Europe. I would have loved to do that. Enjoy every second!
