Okay so I must be seriously into perimenopause because here is what happens to me: I am cruising along counting my calories, working out, feeling good and then one day I just wake up like a curtain has dropped over me and I am so out of it and blue that I can hardly function. Seems to occur monthly so must be tied to cycle - am planning to journal and follow this though I really don't want to dwell on it! But I am miserable! Also feel like I have just blown up like a balloon overnight and feel exhausted! UGH! UGH! Leaving for vaca tomorrow and just know my "friend" is coming and it will be fierce because I feel so bad - like I am moving through deep water and really achy and crampy already! Ow this is long - sorry! Any advice?? I ran this morning and that bought me probably 2 to 3 hours of not feeling so awful!
