Howdy. I am still in the 200's, but hoping for Onederland by July 4. I started 2 1/2 weeks ago at 243, am now at 231 and have my weigh ins every Sunday. They (not sure who *they* are or why *they matter

) say that 2 pounds a week is what to expect, so I figured it out and on my July 4 weigh in, I should be 199 pounds. If it happens sooner, then it's a bonus!
I ride my bicycle a couple of mile-ish every day if the weather is good, and if not, then I at least walk around the block once or twice, depending on my bulging disc. I typically take thursday off to let my body have a rest. I eat between 1400-1800 cal and no more than 60 g fat , usually more like 40-45 g a day. No junk food. Fruits and veg, good carbs and smaller portions of leaner protein. Fruit or pretzels if I have to have a snack. I have fallen in love with walmart's store brand of honey wheat pretzel twists. 10 pretzels for 110 cal and no fat. Also, yahoo freezer pops 20 cal each and no fat. And I found a choclate mug pie thingy to die for at hungrygirl.com. It has 233 cal and 5 g fat, but is still well within my allowances on the few days I really gotta have something decadently chocolate, like once a week-ish.
