One of these days, you really should give it a try! It is SO awesome! You don't have to go as fast as everyone, or do the exact same thing they do, or crank up the resistance that high. I honestly started with no resistance! lol Everyone was a beginner too at some point, so don't worry about everyone else or what they think. Just go ride & do what you can, enjoy the experience.

I will tell you it REALLY helped & pushed me get to the next level in my routine ... breaking a physical & mental/emotional plateau I couldn't break alone.
