    Dinner - Veggies, baby sweetcorn & an onion. Sauces & cheese square. 3 plums. Total: 400
    Snacks- Muller light, bran flakes & skimmed milk. Total: 400

    Tuesday
    Breakfast-Jelly pot & Coffee. Total: 100
    Lunch- Soup & Celery. 3 plums, a kiwi & a pot of jelly Total: 300
    Dinner- Veggies & aspargus. Cheese square & sauces. 4 plums & one mandarin: Total: 400
    Snacks- Muller light. bran flakes & skimmed milk: Total: 400
    Tuesday Total: 1200


    Wednesday
    Breakfast- Apple : Total: 150
    Lunch- 2 pots of jelly, 2 mandarins & a muller light: Total: 250
    Dinner- Mushrooms, asparagus & celery with cheese square & sauces. One plum, one kiwi & a jelly pot: Total: 400
