I am all by myself (in this weight loss/healthy lifestyle journey, that is) in the smog-infested Central Valley of California. Clovis, Ca to be exact. I was just hoping to meet some people that are also from the area. I was born and raised here, and was recently married (4 months ago). My parents moved away about a year and a half ago to the coast. (must be nice!) and left me here I am 21, and going to school here. My husband and I hope to move up to Oregon in a few years.

I'm from Washington state and 27 My hubby is from Oregon and we may be moving back there in a few years as well!

Oregon is on my list of desirable states, too. I have blog-friends in Portland and the city sounds like it has a big emphasis on healthy living.

I'm from West Palm Beach, Florida which is about 35 minutes north of Miami. So so-flo it is. However, right now I'm going to school in the opposite of south florida aka tuscaloosa, alabama. I like both but its such a culture [or lack there of] shock from where I grew up. Everyone is super nice though and the men are fine...lol....Anyways, i plan on moving back or possibly to Philly or Chicago. I've lived on my own in Philly and loved it. Oh, and the fam is all from Illinois. We'll see where the good law firm offers are.

Liss - LOVE So-Flo! My best friend used to live there (actually in Deerfield, then in Boca) and when I would visit I would drive around and hang out on the beaches while she was at work. Love Palm Beach!

I'm from the great state of North Carolina, currently residing here, but my heart is in ATL... DIRTY SOUTH!!!!! I move back and forth between the 2. Can't wait to get back there.

Not even the same country, sorry! I'm from Calgary, Canada. Though I'd love to move to Cali. Maybe one day, my bf owns a solar company and would love to expand into the US or sell to an American solar company. Maybe one day *sigh*. However, as a piece of trivia for you American's: There are more Americans living in Calgary, Canada than any other city outside the US! Most are from Texas (lots of oil in Calgary!), but it's a kinda cool statistic! Because of all these American Ex pats we're the most conservative city in Canada. Just an odd bit of info for y'all, use it the next time you're playing trivial pursuit!

I was born in Houston Texas. I've lived a few places in Texas, and some in Oklahoma too, but as of right now, I'm back in Houston. lol

I hate it though. I really want to move somewhere colder...and not so dirty. haha
