Personally, I really liked the advice in the 2010 Atkins book for vegetarians and vegans. Many (most?) vegheads are not going to give up their WOE and the new book does give them options to follow Atkins. Keep in mind that this means that they will start in OWL to include needed proteins and that their weight loss may be slower than those who do traditional four-phase Atkins. The new book does open up Atkins to a new group who in the past have been told by many to eat meat or forget about it.
