Two New Non-Scale Victories!!

    I've been noticing that after my showers each morning, I can now wrap the towel all the away around me! It's been years since I could do that!

    Today I was able to fit into my smallest exercise bra - you ladies know how tight they can be! My bigger one is now not snug enough.

    It's a good NSV day for me

    i love the towel test. and i love that it is so noticeable after 15-20 lbs. that recently happened to me too.
