Doing good.......even lost an LB (gasp)!
BUT now comes the dreaded time.............ugh, it's 6pm........by 9pm, I will want that DANG SNACK (you know the ugly messy gooey yummy one). Yes, THAT ONE.
OK - now to know I am aware of it and will get thru it! I have to, it's only day 2!

You have to change your evening routine in some way whether it's going to bed, taking a walk, taking up a project, whatever...just something to change your routine. You're not really hungry, your body is just used to eating at that time. You have to trick it.
