    Snacks: Muller light, skimmed milk & sultana bran: Total: 400
    Monday Total: 1200


    Tuesday
    Breakfast: Two plums & two mandarins: Total:100
    Lunch: Tuscone soup & salad. A plum & large apple: Total: 300
    Dinner: Mushrooms, celery & carrots with cheese square & sauce. 2 plums, 2 mandarins: Total: 400
    Snacks: Muller light & Sultana bran flakes with skimmed milk: Total: 400
    Tuesday Total: 1200



    Wednesday
    Breakfast: 2 plums & 2 mandarins: Total: 100
    Lunch: One pot of jelly, one muller light & four mandarins: Total:300
    Dinner: Veggies & asparagus spears with sauces & cheese square. Four plums. Total: 400
    Snacks: Sultana Bran flakes, Skimmed milk & Muller light: Total: 400
