    L: Wendy's BLT Chicken salad minus the crutons and dressing
    s:Barbarques pork (not all that good, but since that was what I had planned, I ate it!)

  • I'm late, but I still showed up. I wasn't a good girl tonite, but I'm here to confess! I allow myself ice cream once or twice a month. Tonite was one of those nights. It wasn't planned though, so it makes me mad. I like to plan these things out, then I feel like I am in control. I think it happened because I ate starchy veggies for dinner...then Rob mentioned Dairy Queen and it was all over! He didn't know how powerful ice cream was until I made a joke that I will never say no to ice cream. He said he will never mention it again, and it is up to me to ask for it when it is planned. He'll stick to his word just to be stubborn! Anyway, here is my menu. Wow, I lovvvvved lunch. Gotta go buy some more sugar free ham and avocados at Wal-Mart.

    B Decaf coffee and cream. I slept until 11:15. I was mad, but I needed the sleep. Waited until lunch to eat.

    L YUM, Ham and swiss rollups, with avacado and bacon. Oh MY this was great! Also one boiled egg and a piece of corned beef with cream cheese rolled up. Shouldn't have skipped breakfast!

    S SF Eskimo bar

    D Garlic pork roast, peas with a bacon and cream sauce and a small amount of steamed carrots with lemon and butter.

    S Pecan mudslide, hold the pecans.
    More decaf coffee.

    Tomorrow...no ice cream!
