So I have finally regained the physical and mental strength to start getting healthier and losing weight again! I was doing great for several months and lost about 23lbs and then right before the holidays I hit a plateu and couldn't lose anymore. I was calorie counting and nursing my baby so I couldn't drop my calories any lower and I didn't have the time or energy to exercise anymore so I basically just gave up. I have gained back about 8lbs but I'm ready to get those 8lbs off and then some!!!
Welcome Back Brittni! Your baby is beautiful!! It's wonderful that you were a good mother and did not go below your calories when you were nursing your baby!! Now that you have finished nursing, you will be just fine.
What plan are you going to follow? How about exercise? I'm currently doing the FS by Dr. Ian Smith and exercising 6 days a week (usually the treadmill).
I'm new to this site but LOVE it. I wish I knew about it many years ago!
