I'm wondering if it is ok to be on the TM in socks?
I've been at it a couple of weeks and I'm up to 23 minutes and 1.12 miles. When I started my feet were sore from working in rubber boots so much here lately and now I don't want to wear shoes. Just thought I had better make sure I wasn't messing up.
