  • Okay girls... how did we do??? We still have another 5 days...

    First I want to apologize for abandoning everyone... my work was watching us closely and it was in my best interest to stay of the net.

    Okay, here are my stats:

    1). Lose 10 pounds by Labor Day

    ** Only Down 2.5...was down 4, but it was TOM yesterday at WI

    2). Limit alcohol consumption to 4 drinks a week (usually it's 4 a month, but it's the summer!)

    **Absolutely have done this lately. So i'll say I met this goal.

    3). Weight train 3X per week

    ** I did streangth strain 3X a week, even started free weights.

    4). Swim 4X per week

    Did this too!


    So while losing 10 pounds was my most important goal for me... but 3/4 isn't bad. I did exercise, swim, strenghth train, and limited my alcohol.... but I wish if I had made one it would have been losing the 10 pounds. UGH!!!

    Now I have to lose 11 pounds in one month to make my birthday goal. AGH!

    I'm not sure if I made any of my goals
    I did the exercise for a while till I got sick
    and as of yesterday after hitting a high of 40 minutes on the seated stepper I did 15 and started r unning a fever
    water wise I'll say i'm better
    i can manage a solid 40 oz a day more if i count diet drinks (crystal light cf diet coke unsweet tea)
    Weight I dont know havent had the courage to WI in weeks but I am on friday so we shal see if i have to pay the piper or not
    fruits and veg i'm doing well on
    lets hope this challenge wasnt Fruitless!

  • 1) Lose 10lbs.

    Didn't manage to do this. Gained and lost the same 5lbs or so and am right where I started.

    2) ST 3X per week.

    Pretty much did this. There were a couple weeks where I only got in 2 ST's but also a couple where I got in 4 ST's so I'm going to say I made the goal.

    3) Yoga 2x per week.

    Made this one. Have been practicing faithfully.
