Menu Tuesday Aug 27th

    What did you chicks eat today??

    B - Choc Smoothie and decaf coffee

    L - garden salad with grilled chicken, tomatoes, cheese and buttermilk dressing

    S - Sprite, because the salad upset my stomach -- too much dressing?

    D - Stirfry squash, onions, cashew and soy sauce
    Deli corned beef with cream cheese (1 rollup)

    S - No sugar added Eskimo Bar
  • Why is it so easy to post on the menu thread when you'v done good and stayed OP all day

    B: protein smoothie (strawberry)
    L: deli turkey pastrami, turkey breast, swiss cheese & mustard
    S:ground meat cooked with green, red and orange pepers & onions

    only snack (?) was a cut of green tea while at work.

    Doesn't that sound wonderful? Well, it was. Hope I do as good tomorrow.

    I hope you do as well tomorrow also. I promise to post what I do tomorrow no matter how it turns out. Wow, that should be motivation!
  • me too - I haven't made the best of choices lately - even tho Ihaven't been "bad".... I've been in the middle of a severe attack of the "I want something to eat and I want it NOW" .. <grrr>
    Anyhow, yesterday's food:
    b: cheese omelet (could you have guessed?)
    l: 1/2 teeny-tiny Boston Market rotisserie chicken w/creamed spinach
    s: hot wings, sliced steak w/mozzarella cheese, mushrooms and onions
    sn: homemade ice cream

    the rest of the week should be interesting....... my construction started and I have NO STOVE until at least Thursday night ... aw shucks!
  • I can honestly say that i have been very good!!!!

    I got me a half galon just of water and drink that almost 2 times at work then have more at home before and after work. eating has been right OP!!! I hope to see some changes on the scale soon!!!
