Hello All!

My name is Stella! I'm new to this sort of thing but I thought I would give it a whirl! I have read several of the posts about the weight loss of some and am very impressed! I congratulate you all!! Now to begin my journey....

It seems at first I get all "gung-ho" but after a while the excitement just sort of fades! I really want to get this weight off of me not only for my health but for the children that we want!

If I don't know anything else, I know that with God, ALL things are possible!!

And God helps those who help themselves!

I have a question...How do you get the signatures or quotes to come up at the bottom of every post, like with a signature on an e-mail? I haven't been able to figure that out and how you get all that other stuff on there too!

You can get a signature/ticker after 20 days and 20 posts.
