    Lunch - Melon, tomato soup, 2 plums & a peach: Total: 300
    Dinner - Carrots, onion, mushrooms with cheese triangle & sauce. Peach, plum, mandarin. Total: 400
    Snacks - Sultana bran, muller light & skimmed milk~ : Total: 400

    Lunch -Celery, soup & a plum. A large apple. 4 mandarins: Total: 400

    Dinner - 4oz chicken, 1 slice cheese, 2 slices toast, iced tea - 450 calories
    TOTAL - 1549 calories Protein 27.30%, Fat 30.82%, Carbs 41.88%
