Hi all, okay so I've been on this site, lost weight, gained it back, and lost it again (about 10 or so pounds)
My current stats are under my avatar. I'm 20 years old. My birthday is in August, and I really want to lose something (and keep it off) for my21st birthday. I'm just feeling really discouraged because I don't have $ to join a gym or buy anything DVDs or anything.
My only exercise of choice is jogging on the running track in the park by my home.
I'm trying my hardest to eat right, but I'm not a calorie counter at ALL, so I just decrease my portions.
I have no idea how much weight I'll be able to lose by the middle of August, and what can I do to lose X amount of pounds per month, since I know it's different based on weight/age.
Please help me I need support


Just keep pushing! It can sometimes take a bit of trial and error to determine what works for your body.
