  • Ok ladies, I need some serious suggestions. I need MUSIC!! All sorts--not just workout!

    I'm a big fan of alternative/rock, but also listen to some pop. Pretty much anything, but nothing too rappish and not too much country.

    Also, I've pretty much downloaded everything Top 40, so that's out. LoL


    So come on! Give me suggestions and underground bands and whatnot!

  • yeah, i have a very large music library, when i get home hopefully shortly i will give you a good list. I have friends in the music industry so i tend to go off the beaten path sometimes. but my work playlist involves alot of robin thicke and citizen cope.
  • Right now the one song that keeps me going through my toughest workouts is Sex on Fire by Kings of Leon. I have no idea why, but it really pumps me up. Other than that I listen to a lot of pop music, the kind of stuff that is embarrassing to have on my ipod at all Um, also some Franz Ferdinand (esp. Take Me Out and No You Girls), MGMT, and David Guetta. And of course, my secret Britney Spears....

    I've also recently re-discovered Shiny Toy Guns. I really liked them in 2005ish and forgot about them until the other week.
