So I have devised a plan for 8 weeks to 16 lbs.
For the first two weeks:
Food: Water, tea (plain), milk with cereal (once a day), vegetables, fruits, eggs, chicken (may be), yogurt.
Workout: Bikram yoga everyday and walk for at least 30 mins.
I want to be 132 (60 kgs) lbs by March 6th. Please cheer
for me and help me keep motivated.

to 3FC's ~ sounds like you are doing well already, so you are doing something right. Keep up the good work. This is a great place with lots of supportive people.
