Useing the points

  • This is my first full day on Weight Watchers. I went to the store and got some supplies and menu ideas. I was entering everything into my point tracker and I still have points left for today. If I dont use the points will that make a difference in my weight loss or do I have to eat all the points everyday? Thanx
  • You should eat all of your points daily.The 35 weeklies are there to eat as well.Most people lose better if they eat those too.
  • You should eat all the daily points if at all possible. As time goes on, your body will adjust to eating the proper point amount. Just like everything else, it takes time to find what works best for you.

  • Ok, i have been terribly guilty of "saving" points in the past and not eating my full amount because i just wasnt hungry or i was trying to loose a bit quicker. I did loose quicker, but the trouble is your body adjusts to this and then when you try and eat your full amount of points it backfires and you either stay the same or even gain half a pound or so. At least thats my experience of it anyway. congrats on your first day!
