    What diet & exercise programs will you be doing?
  • I've been pretty good with the exercise--aerobics and strength training, one or two times a day. That may change, though, because of changes at work.

    My biggest problem is sugar. I am a total addict, and the only way I can keep the cravings under control is to go cold turkey--but that's hard to keep up. I also count calories--usually simple for me, since my eating habits are fairly routine, so usually I know what I'll be eating, when and how much.

    So, I've got a plan, but I need support--its hard to go it alone.
