It's been a rough start to the new year and the only thing positive in my life lately has been my weight loss, it's actually a miracle with how stressful life has been that I'm not binging like crazy (I'm an emotional eater). But I've been doing great sticking to it and lost about 7-10 lbs (depending on water retention
) since the begining of the year. So kudos for that, but how do you stay motivated when you're doing what you should and don't lose?
