So I bought the vanilla wafers today...and I must say they were great! But unfortunately I *thought* they counted as a creamy. lol. Now, searching through the posts I discovered they are actually a meal replacement! Anyway, lesson learned. I will always check things out before eating something new!

OOpps.. LOL.. I've done that too.. I started the enhancer a week or so ago. I just read the bottle yesterday and it says take an hour before eating. I was taking it right when I was eating.. Maybe that's why it's not working.. Oh well.. Live and learn..

It happens! You'll be fine. At least you didn't eat one every day for the next 5 days before you realized it ... they are pretty yummy though.
